Backing and size for airsoft patches
Hook & Loop (Velcro-style) is the usual choice because you can swap patches between a plate carrier, vest, cap and bag. It needs a loop panel on the gear. Choose Sew On for the most secure hold, or Iron On for a quick no-sew option on compatible fabric. Sizes of 2.5 to 3 inches suit callsigns and small badges, 4 to 5 inches suit chest and shoulder panels, and 7 to 12 inches suit back panels.
We make embroidered patches only, not PVC or woven patches. We do not sew patches onto garments, but a local tailor or alterations shop can do it for you.
