Custom embroidered patch pricing
There is no minimum order: you can order just one patch. The price depends on the size, how detailed your design is, and the quantity. Pick the design type that is closest to your artwork.
If your artwork needs a different design type or a larger size so the stitching stays crisp, we tell you before production.

Large patches: 10, 11 and 12 inches
Large patches are priced per patch and are the same for every design type, with Sew On backing: 10" is $165.00, 11" is $225.00, 12" is $310.00. For more than one large patch, request a quote.
Backing options and prices
Prices above are for Sew On, the most secure option for daily wear. Iron On applies with a household iron. Hook & Loop lets you swap the patch between jackets, bags and gear. The extra cost per patch is:

Embroidery digitizing pricing
Digitizing turns your logo or artwork into a stitch file your embroidery machine can read. Every file is digitized by hand and test-stitched on a real machine. Most files are done in 24 to 48 hours, and you receive the digital file only (DST, PES, EXP, EMB or JEF). Standard revisions are free.

How to order
- Choose your design type. Simple, Detailed or Complex, whichever is closest to your artwork.
- Pick size, quantity and backing. The price updates as you choose.
- Upload your artwork. A logo, a photo or even a sketch works, and you can add notes about colors, wording and placement.
- Check out. Standard shipping within the United States is free.
- Approve your proof. We send a digital proof by email. You approve it before we start production.
- We stitch and ship. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, and you get tracking by email once your order ships.
When do you see the proof?
On orders of 10 or more patches, we send you a free digital proof before you pay, through the quote form. On orders of fewer than 10 patches, you place the order first and we send the proof before production starts, so nothing is stitched until you approve it.
How to get a quote
Use the free quote form when you want a price before ordering, need more than 50 patches, want a single large patch quantity at 10 to 12 inches, or have a special request.

- We reply by email with a price and a digital proof to review.
- Approve the proof and we send a secure payment link.
Quotes and proofs are free. You only pay after you approve the proof.
Frequently asked questions
Do you make woven patches?
No. We make embroidered patches only. For detailed logos and artwork, we digitize the design by hand so the stitching stays clean and the finished patch looks very close to your original.
How is the price of a custom patch worked out?
Four things set the price: the patch size, how detailed the design is (Simple, Detailed or Complex), the quantity, and the backing. The tables on this page show the Sew On price for every size and quantity, and the backing add-ons are listed below them.
What is included in the price?
Each patch price includes hand digitizing of your artwork, the embroidery itself, free standard revisions (resizing, color tweaks and minor edits), a digital proof before production, and standard shipping within the United States. There are no separate setup or artwork fees.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.
What if I pick the wrong design type or size?
If your artwork needs a different design type or a larger size so the stitching stays crisp, we tell you before production and send a secure payment link for the difference. Nothing is stitched until you agree.
Can I order different designs or sizes in one order?
Yes. Add each design or size as its own item, upload each design's artwork and write a short note on which artwork belongs to which item. Everything ships together.
Can I order more than 50 patches, or more than one patch at 10 to 12 inches?
Yes, by quote. The online order form covers 1 to 50 patches at 2.5 to 9 inches, and 1 patch each at 10, 11 and 12 inches. For larger quantities, use the free quote form and we will send you a price.
Can I change my order after I approve the proof?
Please review the proof carefully, including spelling, colors and placement. Once you approve it, the order goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
What happens if there is a mistake on my patch?
If we made the error, we correct or replace the patch at no additional cost. If the artwork you sent had the mistake (such as a spelling error), that is not covered, which is why we ask you to check the proof closely.
Can I use a digitizing file I bought from you to order patches?
Yes. Send us your digitizing order number through the contact form and we will quote the difference for the physical patch.
Do I get a stitch file when I order a patch?
No. Patch orders ship a finished embroidered patch. If you also want the stitch file for your own embroidery machine, order the digitizing service, which delivers the digital file only.
