We make custom designs from the artwork you send us, for departments, companies, associations and supporters. We do not copy another agency's official insignia, and we do not make patches meant to pass as official badges.

Backing and size for fire department patches
Choose Sew On for jackets and any gear that is washed or handled often, Iron On for quick application on compatible fabric, and Hook & Loop if you want to swap patches between gear. Sizes of 3 to 4 inches suit sleeves and caps, 4 to 5 inches suit jackets and bags, and 7 to 12 inches suit jacket backs. Check your department's uniform policy before adding any patch to duty gear.
We make embroidered patches only, not PVC or woven patches. We do not sew patches onto garments, but a local tailor or alterations shop can do it for you.
