Custom baseball patches, embroidered to order

Backing and size for baseball patches
Choose Sew On for jerseys and anything washed often, Iron On for caps and quick team orders on compatible fabric, and Hook & Loop if you want to swap patches between jackets or bags. Sizes of 2.5 to 3 inches suit caps and sleeves, 4 to 5 inches suit jerseys and bags, and 7 to 12 inches suit jacket backs. At small sizes, fine lines and tiny text are simplified so they stitch cleanly.
We make embroidered patches only, not PVC or woven patches. We do not sew patches onto garments, but a local tailor or alterations shop can do it for you.

What size should a baseball patch be?
Many team patches are 2.5 to 4 inches. Use 2.5 to 3 inches for caps and sleeves, and 4 inches or larger if your design has fine detail.
Which backing is best for a baseball jersey?
Sew On is the most secure for jerseys that get washed often. Iron On is a quick option for compatible fabric. We recommend sewing a few stitches around an iron-on patch for extra hold.
Can you match my team colors?
We match the colors in your artwork as closely as embroidery thread allows, and you approve the digital proof before production.
How long does it take?
