There is no minimum, so you can order one patch for your own vest or a pack for the club.

Backing and size for motorcycle patches
Choose Sew On for vests and jackets that see wind, rain and wear, since it is the most secure hold. Iron On works as a quick option on compatible fabric, and Hook & Loop lets you swap patches between gear. Sizes of 2.5 to 4 inches suit name and event patches, 4 to 5 inches suit front panels, and 7 to 12 inches suit back panels. Larger patches have room for more detail.
We make embroidered patches only, not PVC or woven patches. We do not sew patches onto garments, but a local tailor or alterations shop can do it for you.
