Jacket patches turn denim, leather, varsity and bomber jackets into something personal. Large back patches make a statement, and small chest or sleeve patches add detail. Send a logo, a sketch or a photo, and we digitize it by hand, stitch it, and send a free digital proof to approve before production starts. There is no minimum, so you can order one large patch or a set for a group.

Backing and size for jacket patches
Choose Sew On for the most secure hold, especially on leather, denim and heavy fabrics. Iron On is a quick option on compatible cotton and denim, and Hook & Loop lets you swap patches on a jacket with a loop panel. Sizes of 2.5 to 4 inches suit chest and sleeves, 5 to 7 inches suit upper backs and shoulders, and 8 to 12 inches suit full back patches. Larger patches have room for finer detail.
We make embroidered patches only, not PVC or woven patches. We do not sew patches onto jackets, but a local tailor, alterations shop or leather repair shop can do it for you.

What size is a jacket back patch?
Many people choose 8 to 12 inches for a full back patch. Our patches go up to 12 inches.
Which backing is best for a leather jacket?
Sew On is the most secure. Iron On is not suited to leather, because heat can damage it.
Can I get a big patch with lots of detail?
Yes. Larger sizes leave room for finer lines and more thread colors, and we digitize every design by hand.
Can I order matching patches for a group?
Yes. Order packs of 5, 10, 25 or 50 online. For more than 50, request a quote.
How long does it take?
You get a free digital proof first. Production takes 3 to 5 business days after you approve it.
