Tactical-style patches are popular on bags, plate carriers, vests, caps and jackets, with bold lettering, clean shapes and strong contrast. Send a logo, a callsign, a sketch or a photo, and we digitize it by hand, stitch it, and send a free digital proof to approve before production starts. There is no minimum.

Backing and size for tactical patches
Hook & Loop (Velcro-style) is the usual choice because you can swap patches between gear. It needs a loop panel on the item. Choose Sew On for the most secure hold, or Iron On for a quick option on compatible fabric. Sizes of 2.5 to 3 inches suit callsigns and info patches, 4 to 5 inches suit panels and caps, and 7 to 12 inches suit back panels. Keep text bold and short so it stays readable.
We make embroidered patches only, not PVC or woven patches. We do not sew patches onto garments, but a local tailor or alterations shop can do it for you.

Can I order just one tactical patch?
Yes. There is no minimum. Order one patch, or packs of 5, 10, 25 or 50 online. For more than 50, request a quote.
Do you make official uniform or unit insignia?
No. We make custom designs from your artwork. We do not reproduce official insignia or sell regulation uniform patches.
Which backing should I choose?

How long does it take?
