Custom sports patches, embroidered to order
Sports patches suit any team or club, from basketball, volleyball and lacrosse to track, swimming, wrestling and rugby. They also work for school programs, tournaments, fun runs and recreation leagues. Send a logo, a mascot or a sketch, and we digitize it by hand, stitch it, and send a free digital proof to approve before production starts. There is no minimum.

Backing and size for sports patches
Choose Sew On for kit and jackets that are washed often, Iron On for a quick no-sew application on compatible fabric, and Hook & Loop if you want to swap patches between gear. Sizes of 2.5 to 3 inches suit small badges, 4 to 5 inches suit sleeves and bags, and 7 to 12 inches suit jacket backs. If you are not sure which size or backing to choose, send us your design and we will recommend one.
We make embroidered patches only, not PVC or woven patches. We do not sew patches onto garments, but a local tailor or alterations shop can do it for you.

Many are 2.5 to 4 inches. Choose 4 inches or larger for designs with fine detail, and 7 to 12 inches for jacket backs.
Do you make official league or team logo patches?
No. We do not reproduce professional league or team logos. We make custom designs from artwork you supply.
How long does it take?
You get a free digital proof first. Production takes 3 to 5 business days after you approve it.
