This website is operated by SanZay Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SanZay Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Custom Products
All products are made-to-order based on customer-submitted designs, logos, or instructions. Because items are custom made, variations may occur and all sales are considered final once production begins.

Order Approval
We provide digital mockups for customer approval before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details (including spelling, design, placement, and colors). Once approved, the order will move into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been approved and production has started. If an error is made on our part, we will offer a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that all uploaded files and instructions are accurate and legally owned or permitted for use. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-submitted designs.

Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production workload, shipping carriers, or external delays. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
