Refund policy
All items are made to order based on customer-submitted designs, logos, or instructions.
Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been approved and production has started.
We provide a digital mockup for customer approval before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all design details, including spelling, colors, and placement before approving.
If there is an error caused by us, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for:

Customer spelling or design errors in submitted files

Color differences due to screen display variations

Incorrect approvals provided by the customer
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
