Do I need to order a minimum?
No. We will make just one patch if that is all you need. Pricing gets better per patch as the quantity goes up.
Do I get a proof if I order fewer than 10?
Yes. Place your order and we send you a digital proof to approve before we start production. Orders of 10 or more get the proof before you pay.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. Large orders can take longer, so tell us your deadline and we will confirm.
What artwork can I send?
PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF files work best. A rough sketch or photo is fine, and we will help refine it. If your file is in another format, email it to support@sanzayembroidery.com and we will take a look.
Does a quote cost anything?
No. Quotes are always free. For orders of 10 or more, the digital proof is free too and you pay only after you approve it.
How do I choose between Simple, Detailed and Complex?
Simple is text, names and simple shapes. Detailed is logos with several colors. Complex is scenery, faces and fine lines. Pick the closest and we will confirm your artwork before production.
